Description
The VIA Solar Lantern is the ideal outdoor lighting solution for any property, garden, driveway, parking lot, or other outdoor area. Powered by solar energy, the lantern charges during the day and lights up at night. The lamp is equipped with a 10000mAh 3.7V battery, which requires 5-6 hours for a full charge, and the operating time of the fixture depends on the selected mode. Using the solar lantern is cost-free. Lamps from this family are equipped with a dusk-to-dawn motion sensor. The fixture uses lenses, providing a very wide and deep beam angle: 140°*70°. Additionally, a built-in LED near the on/off button informs us about the battery charge level. The lamp comes with a remote control, allowing us to select the desired operating mode:
- ON – turns on the lamp in AUTO mode – the function works once
- OFF – turns off the lamp – the function works once
- Sun icon on the left side of the remote – turns on the light at 100% power, and it operates at this power until the battery is depleted. The function works once.
- PIR – enables the motion sensor – without detecting motion, the lamp operates at 10% power; upon detecting motion, the lamp lights up at 100% and operates for 20 seconds, then returns to 10% power - when this mode is turned on, the lamp will operate in this mode every day until another mode is selected.
- 3H – the lamp operates at 75% power and then turns off after three hours - when this mode is turned on, the lamp will operate in this mode every day until another mode is selected. So, from the first activation, it will operate for 3 hours and then turn off.
- 4H + PIR – the lamp operates in AUTO mode, and after 4 hours, the motion sensor activates, and upon detecting motion, it operates at 60% power and lights for 20 seconds, then switches to economy mode without motion and lights at 10% power until morning, another motion detection, or when the battery level drops below 10%, the lamp turns off. When this mode is turned on, the lamp will operate in this mode every day until another mode is selected.
- 6H – the lamp operates in AUTO mode and turns off after 6 hours. When this mode is turned on, the lamp will operate in this mode every day until another mode is selected.
- AUTO – the lamp lights up at 60% power and slowly dims over 12 hours until reaching 8% power. This is a great mode because in households, it is important for the lamp to light up around 5 PM during winter and provide adequate lighting, while at night, intense light is not necessary, but we want something to be lit, so the lamp will slowly dim, and by morning, it will be at 8%. This way, we have light all night and protect the battery in the fixture.
A mounting bracket VIA – EKO9168 should be purchased separately for the lamps.
