Description
Our VIA solar lantern has been designed as an ideal outdoor lighting solution for properties, gardens, entrance gates, parking lots, and squares. It features a 5000mAh 3.2V battery. The lamp charges from the sun during the day and lights up after dusk. It takes 5-6 hours to fully charge, and the working time depends on the selected mode. The use of the solar lantern is cost-free. Lamps in this family have a dusk-motion sensor. Lenses are used in the fixture, giving the lamp a very wide and deep lighting angle: 140°*70°. Additionally, a built-in LED near the on/off button informs us about the battery charge level. The lamp comes with a remote control, which allows us to select the desired operating mode:
- ON – turn on the lamp in AUTO mode – the function works once
- OFF – turn off the lamp – the function works once
- Sun icon on the left side of the remote – turns on the light at 100% power and operates at this power until the battery is discharged. This function works once.
- PIR – activate the motion sensor – without detecting movement, the lamp operates at 10% power, after detecting movement, the lamp lights up at 100% for 20 seconds, then returns to 10% power - if we turn on this mode every day, the lamp will work in this mode every day until another mode is activated.
- 3H – the lamp operates at 75% power, then turns off after three hours - if we turn on this mode every day, the lamp will work in this mode until another mode is activated. From the first activation, it will operate for 3 hours and then turn off.
- 4H + PIR – the lamp operates in AUTO mode, and after 4 hours the motion sensor is activated. Upon detecting movement, it operates at 60% power and lights up for 20 seconds, then switches to economy mode without movement and lights at 10% power until morning, another motion detection, or when the battery level drops below 10%, the lamp turns off. If we turn on this mode, the lamp will work in this mode every day until another mode is activated.
- 6H – the lamp operates in AUTO mode and turns off after 6 hours. If we turn on this mode every day, the lamp will work in this mode until another mode is activated.
- AUTO – the lamp lights up at 60% power and slowly starts to dim over 12 hours until reaching 8% power. This is a super mode because, in households, it’s important for the lamp to turn on around 5 PM during winter and shine with adequate power, and at night, we don’t need strong light, but we want something to be lit, so the lamp will slowly dim and by morning it will be 8%. This way, we have light all night and protect the batteries in the fixture.
A mounting bracket VIA – EKO9168 should be purchased for the lamps.
