TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. WE PROVIDE A 14 DAY RETURN FROM THE DATE ON THE RECIEPT HANDED ON THE DELIVERY.
  2. THE ORGINAL RECIEPT MUST BE PROVIDED, NO COPIES.
  3. THE ITEM PURCHESED MUST BE IN ORIGINAL BOX AND WITHOUT ANY DAMAGE, THE ITEM WILL BE CHECKED AND IF THERE A DAMAGE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GIVE REFUND.
  4. FAUILURE TO MEET CONDITION 1,2 OR 3 WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PROVIDE THE REFUND.
  5. WE ONLY REFUND THE VALUE OF THE ITEM NOT THE EXTRAS CHARGES SUCH AS THE DELIVERY COST.
  6. WE DON’T PROVIDE ANY GARUNTEES AS THESE ARE WAREHOUSE STOCK, HOMEVER IF THE ITEM IS DAMAGED OR FAULTY WHEN OPENED WE WILL IMMEDIATELTY REPLACE THE DAMAGE PART. WE NEED TO BE NOTIFIED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE DATE OF THE RECIEPT.
  7. YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE YOUR OWN TRANSPORT TO OUR WAREHOUSE WHICH IF THERE IS ANY EXTRA COST THEY ARE ON THE CUSTOMERS OWN ACCOUNT
  8. IF YOU DO NOT DISPOSE OF THE TRANSPORT NECCESARY AND WOULD LIKE TO USE OUR COURIER SERIVCES THAT WOULD CONSIST OF AN EXTRA CHARGE WHICH WOULD BE REDUCED FROM THE ACCOUNT NEEDED TO BE REFUNDED WHEN THE ITEM IS PICKED UP. THE COST FOR THE ITEM TO BE PICKED UP WOULD BE THE SAME AS THE DELIVERY CHARGE STATED ON THE RECEIPT

NOTE: PLEASE CHECK THAT THE MEASUREMENTS SUIT, AS THEY ARE AVAILABLE IN EVERY ADVERT. PLEASE DO NOT GO BY THE PICTURES . THIS WILL MAKE THINGS EASIER FOR BOTH PARTIES.

  7. WE ACCEPT ORDER CANCELLATION UP TO 24 HOURS FROM THE TIME THE ORDER IS PLACED, EACH ORDER IS DONE INDIVIDUALLY FOR THE CUSTOMER,IF THE ORDER IS CANCELED AFTER THIS TIME A REFUND WILL BE GIVEN WITHIN 30 DAYS

How to place an order?

You can order by message to us on facebook or simple order a product on our website 

 

What is the cost of delivery?

The cost of delivery depends on the city you live in, the cost of delivery is charged at the end of the order

Will the driver bring the product?

The driver is not obliged to bring furniture, because our company also uses courier companies. So that the customer can receive his product as soon as possible

What is the delivery time?

The delivery time depends on the city, usually deliveries are made from 2 to 20 days We are doing delivery also Saturday and Sunday.

If they are custom-made sofas the waiting time is from 14 to 60 days Usually waiting time is 3 weeks.

 

Can I pick up myself?

Yes you can pick up from our store in Tralee ( Pier 17 Dingle Road Tralee V92 Y522 ) **Please inform in advance**
