Buying Online:

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as weather or strikes, for which we cannot be held responsible.

When placing an order, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. Upon placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the product according to these Terms and Conditions. Receipt of your order will be acknowledged online and via email, but this does not constitute acceptance of your offer. The contract is formed only when your order has been dispatched and payment received.

We reserve the right to refuse any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

      • Stock unavailability.
      • Inaccurate information provided.
      • Payment authorization failure.

Should you wish to amend your order before dispatch, please contact us immediately. Custom or specially ordered products cannot be canceled after production begins.

Right to Cancel and Refunds:
For online purchases, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period from the date you receive the goods. This allows you to return products in an unused, undamaged condition with the original packaging. Custom-made goods, including items made to order, cannot be returned unless faulty. If the product is returned in an unsellable condition or without proper packaging, we reserve the right to deduct costs from your refund. The customer is responsible for any shipping or return costs unless the item is faulty.

5. Pricing and Availability

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, sizes, colors, and prices are accurate. However, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the pricing of your order, we will inform you as soon as possible. You will have the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel the order. If the order is canceled, a refund will be issued.

Prices are subject to change without notice, and all goods are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable after an order has been confirmed, we will notify you, and a refund will be issued.

6. Payment

Delivery charges are added to the product price and included in the total cost during checkout. Payments are processed via secure methods such as PayPal or Stripe. Payment will be taken at the time of order. If we cannot fulfill your order, the payment will be refunded to the original payment method.

7. Delivery

We aim to deliver your order within the estimated time frame provided. Delivery charges apply as outlined in our Delivery and Returns Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that the items will fit through your doors and into the intended space. If delivery is refused on the scheduled day, a redelivery fee may apply.

We ask that you inspect the items upon delivery and notify us of any damage within 24 hours. Claims for damage after this time will not be accepted unless the item is faulty.

For custom orders, delivery timelines may vary. We cannot accept returns for custom items unless they are defective.

8. Guarantee and Warranty

All products come with a 24-month guarantee covering manufacturing defects. The guarantee excludes damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear. Should you need to make a warranty claim, please contact us with your original receipt and a description of the issue.

9. Returns and Refunds

You have the right to return items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging. Custom orders or products made to your specifications cannot be returned unless faulty.

Refunds will be issued for the value of the item only, excluding delivery charges, and will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. If the item is damaged upon return, we reserve the right to deduct the cost of the damage from your refund.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits, revenue, or data, resulting from the use of this website or any purchases made via the website. Our liability is limited to the cost of the product purchased.
