Our clients must be sure that the ordered item will fit easily in the apartment (target room, corridors, doors). If there is a defect, this must be stated on the delivery receipt. After the customer has signed the confirmation, we cannot accept any complaints about damage caused by transport.

Returns are accepted up to 14 days from the date of delivery. The product must be new and in original packaging. If the sofa has been folded, it cannot be returned. The customer covers the cost of return.
